With a recent facelift, this home now sports an updated roof to create a fresh new look along the street, whilst water tanks have been added to conserve the precious rain from the connected rooftops. To the rear, established plants border the fence edges, while lush grass provides room for children to play. A barbecue area also adds to the entertaining areas within the properties boundaries.

Central heating along with a split system ensures an even and ambient temperature throughout, while a new gas instantaneous hot water system has been installed. Three generous bedrooms are decorated with cosy carpet and neutral tones all with BIR's, while the family bathroom is treated to stunning timber walls for instant impact. The kitchen is wide and open and houses the dining table for close connection with the chef, while the lounge provides long elongated windows to take in the action on the street.

Get to know Miners Rest

Miners Rest is a North Western rural urban township on the fringe of Ballarat city. It is thought that the name is descriptive of its location, having been a camping place for miners en route to the Ballarat gold diggings. Despite its proximity to Ballarat, Miners Rest was not a prominent mining area.
